Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, no credit card charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be billed.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Annual plans are billed up-front and pro-rated on change.
What happens if I add a fourth Xero organisation on the Archive plan?
Upgrade to Vault, which covers up to 10 organisations for AUD $79/month. Need more than 10? Contact us and we'll set up a custom plan.
What does “read-only access” mean?
Ziroo authenticates with Xero via OAuth and only requests read scopes. We can pull invoices, quotes, and purchase orders — we cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your Xero account.
Does my archive include invoices from before I signed up?
Your daily archive starts from the day you connect an organisation. To pull everything from before that, use the one-time full download (AUD $32 per organisation) from your Connections page. It lands in the same tidy structure as your daily deliveries.
